In collaboration with the Vietnamese handcrafted chocolate brand TBros
Nguyen Art Foundation is proud to collaborate with TBros, a Vietnamese handcrafted chocolate brand, to conduct a chocolate experience workshop exclusively for students at EMASI School Van Phuc.
Through the sharing of experts, the children delved into the diverse world of cocoa, discovering the bean-to-bar process as well as distinguishing what is handcrafted chocolate. Not only did they gain more knowledge, but they also tasted TBros’s different types of chocolate made from local ingredients such as black pepper, desiccated coconut, oolong tea… More than just a bar, chocolate is the fruit of the diligent hands of farmers and the rich local culture of Vietnam.
This event is part of a series of public and education programs in association with In Stranger Lands: Cocoa’s Journeys to Asia, an exhibition organized by Nguyen Art Foundation.
