In addition to sculpture, Le Cong Thanh also devoted his time to painting, with works focusing on describing the beauty of women through profound humanitarian themes. The colors and compositions in his paintings aim for concision while still retaining depth. “He simplifies lines and shapes to leave just solid blocks in paintings, much like those usually found in sculpture, an approach that sets him apart from other painters.
